At The Factory, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For in-stock items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please bring your item back within 30 days of the initial purchase. Returned products must be in their original condition, in the manufacturer’s packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Credit will be issued in the original manner of payment. If items were paid for with a check we will wait 10 business days from the original transaction date before issuing a company check for the return. For cash refunds over $100.00, a company check will be issued within 7-10 business days. Products returned without a receipt will be credited at the lowest price the product was sold for in the last 90 days. Credit will be issued in the form of a store credit.
All Clearance items are non-returnable and are sold in As-Is condition. All Custom Order indoor and outdoor furniture is non-returnable. All Special Order mattresses are non-returnable. Deposits for all custom orders are not refundable after 3 business days. All Special Order lighting will be subject to a 25% restock fee. Any Special Order parts, glassware or lampshades are non-returnable.
